Ok, not quite, but this one did cause some headaches. It was my first time making a cream cheese frosting and it turned out way too thin. I’m not sure if I messed up the recipe or if it was just too hot in our place (not unlikely) or what. I couldn’t decorate with it to save my life. I can’t even remember how many times I re-iced this one. I tried various tips and designs and this is the only thing I could make look relatively decent. Not bad overall considering all the hassle.
