For the next class we were asked to bring a cake that was iced and ready to decorate as well as some icing so that we could learn some techniques in class. French Vanilla cake, crumb coated and iced.
I decided I prefer vibrant colors so I went with these ones. Overall, I feel like I could have been a bit more creative with it, but we were just taught the basics at this point. Here is the before and after of my first official ‘proper’ cake.
A HUGE improvement over the last one, I’ll say :).
