Banana Pie Bites
Three simple ingredients are all you need to make these easy and delicious Banana Pie Bites. Drizzle with Nutella or top with cinnamon sugar!

Bites:

11" pie crust
store bought or homemade
3
bananas
small
1
egg
whisked with a bit of milk or water
Toppings (optional):
1/4
cup
Nutella
warmed up
Coarse sugar
Cinnamon sugar
Melted chocolate

Instructions
Unroll pie crust and cut in half. Wrap one banana in each half, trim excess and pinch to seal. Reroll scraps and wrap remaining banana.
Cut into 1" pieces and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 30mins.
Preheat oven to 400F. Brush pie crusts with egg wash and sprinkle bananas with coarse sugar or cinnamon sugar if desired.
Bake for 15-20mins or until golden. Broil for 2 mins if desired to caramelize sugar.
Cool and drizzle with Nutella or melted chocolate if desired.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
